It is one of the premiere institute in Aurangabad with largest and leading research centre with 121 Ph.D awardees . It envisages imparting quality training with commitment to excellence. The college also endorses to impart value added education with efficient and competent man power, excellent infrastructure and innovation in teacher training and research programs in order to generate globally competitive and skilled teachers, researchers and thorough professionals. The goal of the institution is to train and equip teachers at all levels, to achieve excellence and develop all round meritorious professionals, to meet global challenges.

An additional initiative was taken by the faculty Dr. Shaikh Imran Ramzan, Dr. Khan Zeenat Muzaffar and Dr. Khan Tanveer Habeeb, to promote research culture and foster research attitude among faculty and students, it is an effort to bring all the social scientists together in order to address the problems of society within purview of social sciences.
